Dance background
Akram studied theatre and dance at the Amsterdam Academy of Art & Entertainment. His background spans multiple dance styles and includes championship titles and a 50-hour television dance marathon.
Teaching with Sara
Together with Sara Aparici, Akram co-founded U Dance Studio in Switzerland. Their work spans Kizomba, Konpa, Semba, Afrohouse and Kuduro, and they teach and perform at international workshops, shows and festivals.
